Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of the RKR Internships platform and program.
Last updated: 4 July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RKR Internships platform at internship.rkr-networks.com, operated by RKR Networks (“RKR”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, applying for or enrolling in an internship, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & accounts
The program is intended for engineering students and recent graduates. You must provide accurate, current information about your identity, college, branch and completed courses, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. The program & what we provide
RKR Internships are educational programs delivered through mentored, lab-first coursework across winter, summer and semester formats. We provide access to cloud labs, curriculum, mentorship, assessment and, on successful completion, a certificate. We may update curriculum, tools, cohort schedules, mentors and delivery methods to keep the program current, provided the overall learning outcomes are preserved.
Places are offered on a rolling, cohort basis and may be subject to capacity. Where fees, stipends or scholarships apply, the specific terms are set out in your individual offer.
4. Certificates & academic credit
On successful completion you receive a verifiable RKR certificate reflecting your track, graded outcome and logged hours, along with supporting documentation formatted for AICTE/NEP internship-credit submission. RKR is an independent educational provider. The award of academic credit is determined solely by your university or examination body under its own regulations; we provide the documentation to support that process but do not and cannot guarantee that any institution will grant credit.
5. Acceptable use & conduct
When using the platform and labs, you agree not to:
- Share, resell or transfer your account, lab access or program materials to others.
- Use the cloud labs for anything other than the assigned coursework — including no unauthorised scanning, attacks or use against systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Submit work that is plagiarised or misrepresent another person's work as your own; academic integrity is assessed and violations can void your certificate.
- Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Harass mentors, staff or fellow interns, or post unlawful or offensive content.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms, without refund where the breach is serious.
6. Intellectual property
The curriculum, lab environments, platform, branding and materials are owned by RKR or its licensors and are provided to you for your personal learning only. You retain ownership of the original work you create during the internship — your configurations, scripts, reports and capstone. By submitting work for assessment you grant RKR a limited licence to review, store and, in anonymised or aggregated form, use it to evaluate and improve the program.
Vendor names and university course codes referenced in the program are the property of their respective owners. RKR internships are independent educational programs and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vendor or university.
7. No guarantee of employment
The internship builds skills, evidence and a referral bridge — it is not a placement agency and does not guarantee any job, pre-placement offer or stipend. References into the RKR hiring-partner pipeline are offered at our discretion to distinction-grade interns who opt in, and any resulting hiring decision rests entirely with the employer.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform and program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the labs and services reliable, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RKR will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the program is limited to the fees you actually paid to us for it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing the service becomes impractical. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the program. We encourage you to raise any concern with us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
